Admission Policy

Admission

Admission is by request and subject to review. Submission of a request or completion of payment does not independently guarantee admission.

Accurate Information

Please provide accurate information for yourself and any guests included in your request. Requests containing false or misleading information may be declined.

Guest Responsibility

If you include additional guests in your request, you confirm that they have agreed to attend. The individual submitting the request is responsible for communicating these policies to their guests. The conduct of any member of the party may affect admission decisions and future invitations.

Payment

Complete payment using the same email address provided with your request whenever possible. The number of admissions selected during payment should match the number of admissions requested.

If your admission request cannot be approved, your payment will be refunded in full.

Community Guidelines

Respect Others

Treat everyone with respect.

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, stalking, or threats are not permitted.

Consent

Respect personal boundaries.

Please obtain permission before photographing or recording individuals who do not wish to appear in photos or videos.

No unwanted physical contact.

Safety

Violence, weapons, intentional disruption, or property damage may result in denial of admission or removal from the event.

Community

Random Access exists to foster creativity, music, and community.

Help contribute positively to the experience and respect the venue, artists, staff, and fellow participants.

Organizer Decisions

Organizers reserve the right to deny admission or remove participants whose conduct jeopardizes the safety, security, or enjoyment of others.

Venue Requirements

Participants are expected to follow reasonable instructions from organizers, venue staff, and security personnel while on the premises.

Personal Property

Participants remain responsible for their own personal belongings. PsyberCorp Industries and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property except where required by law.

Privacy

Information submitted through the Request Access form is used only to review admission requests, communicate regarding your request, and manage event operations.

Payment processing is handled by PayPal. PsyberCorp Industries does not sell or rent personal information submitted through the admission process.

Updates

Admission procedures, event details, and these policies may be updated as operational needs require.
